Hello Julie, here’s an idea to help you with the subject of religious items in the home. By explaining the theory of home staging ‘appealing to everyone’ helps sellers understand the home staging process is successful when everything about he home feels good to everyone. All personal identifiers should be removed therefore religious, personal photographs, cultural items and certificates of accomplishment all fall under the same category. Basically, it’s nothing personal.

Great ideas in here! Don’t forget about removing any personal pictures. I have also read about removing religious items from the home. I don’t know if that is such a good thing to mention. How would you handle that? I have been in some homes where the sellers have a wall of religious items. I would have a difficult time with that. Any ideas? Thanks!
